Set some new goals

Whether you want to look your best at the office Christmas party or you want to go into the new year being able to run 20km, set yourself some new goals and stick to them. Once you learn to stick to any fitness goal, you’ll easily find the enthusiasm you need to achieve it.

Get up early

It can be difficult to get out of bed when the mornings are darker and colder, but if you can push past it, you’ve got the perfect time to do some exercise. Getting up earlier means you’ll be able to get your workout out of the way, with the rest of the day ahead of you to do as you please. Take a look at these  amazing home workouts you can do without heading out to burn some calories in the morning.

New season, new kit

Just as you’d buy new things for back to school each fall, why not treat yourself to some new workout gear? It’s a great way to start off the season and provides some excellent inspiration for you to work out. Use some Adidas vouchers to help you save money. A fresh pair of sneakers or some fun and funky yoga gear could be just what you need to renew your enthusiasm and keep you going.

Rope a friend in

Sometimes we need someone by our side to help us reach our goals. Enlisting a friend to work out with you could give you the push you need to stay on task, and vice versa. Whether you go running together, take a fitness class or spot each other in the gym, it can be great for someone to share this journey with you. By bailing on your work out, you’ll be letting two people down, which can sometimes be the reminder you need to just do it.

Find your fall fitness motivation and you’ll soon fall in love with working out again.
