If you’re looking to manage your calories yet want to venture out past the produce section for snacks, check out Shape Magazine’s newly released 4th annual “Best Snack Awards” list. A few of the choices are below, but to check out the entire list of 30 slim snackers grab the July 2010 copy which is on newsstands today.

The criteria SHAPE editors used while choosing products ensured  each product must be:

  • 200 calories or less
  • 0 grams of trans fat and no more than 3.5 grams of saturated fat
  • No more than 400 milligrams of sodium
  • No high-fructose corn syrup
  • Calorie-controlled portions, whole grains, little added sugar, gluten free, and extra vitamins or minerals all got special consideration

Under 100 Calories: Luna Minis in White Chocolate Macadamia, Peanut Butter Cookie, and LemonZest
