Why do you play lacrosse? For the love of the sport and the competition that it brings.

How long have you been playing? I have played lacrosse for 10 years

Do you compete? Yes, I played four years of collegiate lacrosse at the University of Florida.

Have you lost any weight doing it? No I have only gained muscle and have become more lean.

Most challenging aspect: Training during off-season, my least favorite exercise is doing Gator stadiums!

Most fun aspect of lacrosse: Being with the team and winning games.

Most rewarding aspect: It is very rewarding, because I get to represent the University of Florida and gain friendships that will last forever.

Who/what inspires you when you’re feeling weak? My team. Whenever I am having an off day, they always know how to cheer me up.

Advice for others who’d like to get started: Practice everyday, because you always want to take the next step ahead of your competition.

Your must-have equipment for this activity: Lacrosse goggles, stick, and ball

Favorite training song: My favorite training song is “Heart of Champion” by Nelly

Favorite healthy food: Sugar snap peas dipped in supremely spicy hummus

Favorite not-so-healthy food: Nachos are my weakness!

Funniest /weirdest/most awkward experience doing your activity: When I played with a goalies stick!
