They don’t find it fun

Exercise doesn’t have to be boring. In fact, there is bound to be an exercise out there you will enjoy doing. Therefore, try different classes to open you up to new exercise opportunities. Your first priority is to stop making excuses and start doing SOMETHING to make you sweaty. And don’t be afraid to join up with someone else.
