This meal takes only a minute to make and tastes good enough to be served as a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 T natural peanut butter

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Servings: 1
Substitute almond butter for a different taste!
