Detox teas and cleanses. These supplements claim to remove toxins from your body. What most people don’t know is that our livers and kidneys already do that. Most of these products contribute to water loss rather than actual fat loss or toxin removal.

Testosterone boosters. Popular, but not effective. In most instances, the boosters don’t increase testosterone at all. Instead, they just make you think they do.

Pre-workouts. Most are just caffeine combined with a few other ingredients for way too much money. People could feel the same effects if they drank coffee instead. Furthermore, this is a much cheaper alternative too.
