Instigated by a successful run on “Dancing with the Stars”, this former “Fat Actress” is almost half her former size and looks about half her age (61). She’s been on a never-ending ride fighting fat and we’re hoping she’s finally ready to get off and live life like a permanently fit person for good. Kirstie says that her experience on DWTS gave her the jump-start she really needed – she lost 70 pounds between the first and last episode of the show. She started off at 230 pounds. Since then, she’s continued to dance for exercise and has adopted healthy eating habits. Her weight now? 130! Her size? 6! This is great news for others trying to lose weight too because, no matter how big you are, if you pursue daily vigorous exercise and eat wisely … you’ll eventually end up with a fantastically fit body! Kirstie also proclaims she has more energy now than she has in her whole life.<\/p>\n
