Exactly on target.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"340\">From the outside, it looks disciplined. Calculated. \u201cHealthy.\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"342\" data-end=\"377\">But here\u2019s the uncomfortable truth:<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"440\">You can hit perfect macros and still have terrible nutrition.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"442\" data-end=\"463\">The Macro Illusion<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"465\" data-end=\"707\">Macros \u2014 protein, carbohydrates, and fats \u2014 are essential. They provide energy, support muscle repair, regulate hormones, and keep your body functioning. It reduced food guilt.
