I challenged them to achieve a day with 10,000 steps and they&#8217;ve come pretty close! In fact, they&#8217;ve been monitoring their step count closely and have specifically made efforts to up that number. Dance contests, races and walks around the neighborhood have already been instigated due to their ambitious intent to take 10,000 steps.\u00a0 At the end of each day we log on to <a href=\"mypedz.com\" target=\"_blank\">MyPedz.com<\/a>\u00a0to input their data\u00a0and play some games. It&#8217;s been fun and we&#8217;ve loved it!<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>So now you have a chance to help your favorite child move more with increased chances of living a long healthy life, by winning them\u00a0a Pedz pedometer. To enter, all you have to do is write in the comment section, <strong>your favorite athletic activity from your childhood.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You must include a valid email address so we can contact you if you win. Email addresses will NOT be shared with anyone or used in any capacity other than to notify the winner. Contest will end Saturday, September 18, 2009 at 5:00 pm EST.
