Here are some tips to stay safe and comfortable as you work out<br \/>\nwith contact lenses:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Choose soft lenses over hard lenses<\/strong><br \/>\nSince you\u2019ll be moving a lot, one of your priorities should be how well your contact lenses stay in<br \/>\nplace. This will also affect how comfortable they are on your eyes as you exercise. After all, you<br \/>\ndon\u2019t want to end up with a lens popping out in the middle of your regimen. Similarly, you&#8217;ll want<br \/>\nto replace them if they get dirty during exercise. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.targetoptical.com\/to-us\/contact-lenses\">Contact lenses<\/a> come in different replacement frequencies, and daily disposable contacts will help you during workouts because they&#8217;re the easiest to replace, among the most comfortable to handle, and ultimately more hygienic than reusable lenses. Consider UV-blocking contacts when exercising <\/strong><strong>outdoors<\/strong><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fitzness.com\/blog\/ditch-gym-shake-exercise-routine\/\">Outdoor exercise<\/a> can be much more engaging than being cooped up in a gym, and it\u2019s a great<br \/>\nway to shake up your routine.
