Mine started when I was young and felt very discouraged to be healthy and exercise because I got back surgery from scoliosis so felt like I couldn&#8217;t do anything since my surgery hindered me from doing the normal things I used to do. I then got introduced to running, and the running community and then my gym where I met so many amazing and inspiring people and want to continue to be a part of that community.\u00a0<\/div><div><span class=\"im\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class=\"im\">Heard about it through the running community. I&#8217;m still a work in progress, but definitely have improved.<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>What are your favorite forms of exercise?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class=\"im\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Running (Well&#8230; walk\/jog), hiking by the beach, walking on the beach, workouts at Orange Theory Fitness (HIIT).<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><div data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Make time for me which is usually in the early mornings ( 5 AM) and keep track of my progress, stay in touch with those that have similar fitness goals or goals I inspire to have, and have fun with it like sign up for fun races, buy cute workout clothes.\u00a0<\/div><p><span class=\"im\"><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss?\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p><\/div><div><span class=\"im\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Not yet but will definitely start.\u00a0<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-size: 20px;\"><strong>What\u2019s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey?<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/div><div><span class=\"im\"><span data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Have patience and enjoy the journey.
