What inspired you to become a Fitzness Ambassador?<\/strong><\/span><\/div>
Fitz is a positive light! Her reasoning resonates with mine. <\/span>Without personally knowing her, I\u2019ve always seen her as a positive ROCKSTAR motivational announcer at the OC Marathon! I finally found her on Instagram. It resonated with me strongly when she said she was looking to spread her methods of getting fit. I’ve always wanted to help many people as well through volunteering, moving by example, and coaching our youth.<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div>
How did you first discover Fitzness, and what has been your journey so far? <\/strong><\/div>
I discovered Fitzness by following her on Instagram. There\u2019s so much I still need to learn!<\/div>

My personal journey is still new! I\u2019m a constant mover, and I train with the mindset of listening to my body and knowing it can do great things.<\/span><\/p>

What are your favorite forms of exercise? <\/strong><\/span><\/span>Where do I begin? I am not by any means a professional, but I love running, recreational swimming (learning how to do fitness laps in the pool to train for open water), rollerblading, paddle boarding, HIIT workouts, EMOMS, weight training, kettlebells, battle ropes, functional mobility training, body weight training, rowing, hiking (beginning level), sunshine, and the outdoors!<\/span><\/p>

How do you stay motivated in your fitness journey?<\/strong><\/p>

ME- absolutely 100% by me, fueled by ME! Yes, other people, other reasons, and other things motivate me daily, and I would love to share it all with you here. But it\u2019s me who has to get up and move. It\u2019s me who has to stand up and decide when I\u2019m tired after stairs and will run or call it a day. I’m the one who must pick myself up and kick myself out of being sad and unmotivated. ME.<\/p>

Have you used the Exact Formula for Weight Loss?\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>

No, not yet!<\/p>

What\u2019s one piece of advice you would give to someone starting their fitness journey? <\/strong>This is one day, so choose to be in it and be present.<\/p>

What are your personal fitness goals for the next year? <\/strong>Mmmm! I want to train for my first marathon, even though I\u2019ve done many half marathons. I also want to keep improving my flexibility and functional movement\u2014it is necessary for life.<\/p><\/div>

Eat smarter to fuel my body for what I want to do. <\/span>Keep cross-training my body for many things.\u00a0<\/span>My journey is just beginning!<\/span><\/p>

How do you plan to inspire others in the Fitzness community?<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div>

By being ME! When something is good and resonates with me on such an incredible positive high, I can\u2019t help but talk so much about it to so many people! I\u2019ll share in person and on Instagram through posts, stories, and reels.<\/div><\/div>

Running half marathons and still being able to move and stay active when I’m done. Recovery is so key. I train for my recovery. Wait, I take this back,\u2026. Hmmmm, I am most proud of leading the way, of getting more people, even if it\u2019s just a small fraction of kids and family members, just to give fitness a go, a try, and finally keep at it.\u00a0 Seeing them go for it, means the absolute world to me. Fitness is life. And I\u2019m just happy to be a part of it.\u2600\ufe0f<\/p>
