Episode Highlights: [<\/span>01:26<\/a><\/span> – <\/span>06:10<\/a><\/span>] Fitz\u2019s Cancer Journey – In February 2019, when Fitz was living her best, healthy life, she discovered breast cancer spreading through her \u2018like wildfire\u2019. She started chemotherapy twelve days after she found the lump, and after fifteen months, she was able to bounce back. She says there was no way she would let cancer take two things from her: time with her children and her business. <\/span><\/p>\n

[<\/span>06:28<\/a><\/span> – <\/span>09:56<\/a><\/span>] Finding Motivation When All is Lost – When she was diagnosed with cancer, Fitz says that she never had any \u2018why me?\u2019 moments because she knew that doing so wouldn\u2019t have helped her in the slightest. Instead, she put her time into getting better, focusing on fitness, and spending time with her family. When all hope was lost, and she felt like she was suffering, her doctor told her how proud she was and how well she\u2019d handle it. It was her doctor\u2019s words that really brought her back. <\/span><\/p>\n

[<\/span>15:50<\/a><\/span> – <\/span>19:10<\/a><\/span>] Why Fitness is So Important – Working on your own fitness is important for two major reasons: your health and your image. In fact, people usually have less than seven seconds to make a good first impression, and that\u2019s why working not just on your mindset but also on your physical appearance and health is so useful because it gives people an immediate idea of who you are and they will think more highly of you.<\/span><\/p>\n
