If you&#8217;ve been wanting to help your favorite patient or recent survivor but aren&#8217;t sure how &#8230; take some of my ideas from Your Healthy Cancer Comeback: Sick to Strong and put them into action. After my lengthy battle with cancer in 2019-2020 left me scrawny and weak, I designed a brilliant plan for my return to being fit, athletic, and vibrant &#8212; and executed it perfectly. During my darkest days, though, I agonized for my peers who did not share my expertise. Those who would be left brutalized by cancer without a clear understanding of how to regain health. That was when I committed to creating a guidebook to help cancer patients and survivors around the world rebuild and rebound.
