The Powerhouse “Hit the Deck” <\/a>game is a convenient and fun way to get in a quick or long workout without having to think too much. The game includes a timer and a variety of cards detailing specific exercises to do.\u00a0 You play by setting the timer, drawing a card, do as many repetitions as you can do before the timer beeps and then repeat with another card. Simple, mindless and fun.<\/p>\n
