How do I get started with fitness if I\u2019m new to it?<\/strong><br data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"321\" \/>Getting started with fitness can feel overwhelming, but the key is to begin small and stay consistent. Fitz advises starting with achievable goals, such as walking for 20 minutes a day or committing to a few bodyweight exercises each week. Don\u2019t try to overhaul your entire lifestyle all at once; gradual changes lead to long-lasting results. She emphasizes the importance of finding a routine that works for you, so explore different types of exercise, whether it&#8217;s yoga, strength training, or cardio. \u201cChoose something you enjoy, and it will be easier to stick with it,\u201d Fitz says. Over time, as your confidence and stamina build, you can increase the intensity and variety of your workouts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1640\"><strong data-start=\"1016\" data-end=\"1064\">2. When is the best time of day to work out?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1064\" data-end=\"1067\" \/>The best time to work out is whenever it fits into your schedule. Fitz believes that consistency is more important than the specific time of day. If you\u2019re a morning person, an early workout may jump-start your day, but if evenings work better, that\u2019s just as effective. Fitz also points out that working out at the same time daily can help build a habit, but the most important thing is finding a time that you can stick to in the long term. \u201cIt\u2019s all about what works for your body and your lifestyle,\u201d she says. \u201cThe best time to work out is when you\u2019ll actually do it!\u201d<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"2243\"><strong data-start=\"1642\" data-end=\"1679\">3. How can I find joy in fitness?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1679\" data-end=\"1682\" \/>Fitness shouldn\u2019t feel like a chore\u2014it should be fun! Fitz encourages people to explore activities that bring them joy, whether it\u2019s dancing, hiking, or playing sports. She stresses that mixing up your routine can keep things exciting and prevent burnout. \u201cWhen you find something you love, it doesn\u2019t feel like a workout,\u201d she says.
