Here is some breakfast inspiration for the busiest of mornings!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Yogurt with Granola and Berries <\/b><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(A personal favorite and my go-to every morning)<\/span><\/i><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My fridge will never be seen without vanilla <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Two Good Yogurt<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> inside of it! This yogurt is made from clean ingredients and contains high nutritional value. It is the perfect base for my granola and berry obsession!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add your favorite granola and fruit to your yogurt and you have a delicious, protein packed breakfast that will keep you feeling full for hours!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro tip: Add a tablespoon of nut butter for an even better taste!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Six Ingredient Breakfast Quiche\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A little meal-prep never hurt anybody! This is a perfect recipe to make at the beginning of each week. All you have to do is heat it up on a busy morning!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingredients:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">5 eggs\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00be cup of reduced fat \/ 1% \/ or skim milk (my personal preference)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steamed broccoli (however much you desire)\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 cup of cheddar cheese<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bd tsp of salt\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bc tsp pepper\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Directions:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preheat your oven to 375 degrees\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Steam the broccoli and then cut it into small pieces<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Toss in the broccoli and cheese\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Add to a whole wheat pie crust (found in the frozen isle &#8211; I usually use a deep dish) OR you can go crustless and add to a round oven safe dish (spray with Pam!)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pop in the oven and cook for 35-40 minutes\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pro tip: Add, remove, or modify the recipe to your specific taste! Sometimes I add onion or mushrooms.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Yogurt Smoothie\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Have a blender on-hand? Give this low calorie, vitamin-C packed recipe a go!
