Give this healthy recipe a go.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>1\/4 cup light coconut milk<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>4 limes or 6 tablespoons of lime juice<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>4 mahi fillets\u00a0(6-8 ounce)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1 1\/2 cups diced peeled ripe mango (about 1\/2 pound)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1\/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>2 tablespoons minced red onion<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1 tablespoon chopped cilantro<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1 teaspoon minced peeled fresh ginger<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1 Serrano chile<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"field-ingredients\">\n<div class=\"field-collection-view clearfix view-mode-recipe-ingredients\">\n<div>1\/4 teaspoon grounded black pepper<\/div>\n<div>Non-stick cooking spray<\/div>\n<div><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>1. Mix\u00a03 tablespoons of coconut milk and 3 tablespoons of lime juice in a shallow dish. Add fish. Cover and marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>2. Mix\u00a0remaining 1 tablespoon coconut milk, remaining 3 tablespoons juice, mango, and next 5 ingredients (through chile) in a bowl. Add 1\/4 teaspoon salt. Mix well.<\/p>\n<p>3. Remove fish from the marinade, and discard the marinade. Sprinkle fish with remaining 1\/4 teaspoon salt and pepper. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Spray the pan with the non-sticking cooking spray. Cook the fish 4 minutes on each side (should become flaky).
