To make more, just double or triple the recipe.<\/p>\n 2. Grab some string or embroidery floss and gently stick it in the bowl of the starch goop. Blow up water balloons (with air) and wrap the gooey string around the balloons. Make sure you wipe off the excess mixture and let it fall back into the bowl.
