Although that can be seen as a great accomplishment, often times they don\u2019t continue their workout regimes after the movie has been filmed, and their body returns back to the way it was based on their daily habits. For those of us who don\u2019t have roles on the big screen, there is still celebrities we can look up to as a fitness role models. Ryan Kwanten plays Jason Stackhouse in the HBO series &#8220;True Blood&#8221;. His character is described as a &#8220;high-sexed heartthrob\u201d who&#8217;s often shirtless, but his fitness is anything but an act.<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"menshealth.com\" target=\"_blank\">Men\u2019s Health <\/a>magazine, Kwanten works out every day for up to two and a half hours. Now, most of us don\u2019t have that kind of time to workout, but there is one thing we can take from this is his routine, or lack thereof. Kwanten says he rarely uses a gym to exercise, instead he is often outside using nature as his gym. \u00a0His workouts include biking, running, yoga, shadowboxing, and any form of intense cardio that will switch up his routine.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, he has a reputation to enter into contests, competitions, or other organized events at a moments notice.\u00a0 This is far from a redundant routine and keeps him motivated to exercise. \u00a0The pressure of competition allows him to push himself to the limits and forces him to respond quickly to any challenge in his way.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan says,\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m not one of those actors who gets physically fit for a role and then loses it all again\u2026 that resilience gives me a distinct advantage\u201d.\u00a0What he\u2019s trying to say is, don\u2019t fall into the in-shape, out-of-shape way of doing things.
