I really enjoyed the opportunity to talk fitness with you; it was a\u00a0lot of fun and I hope you all have walked away with some information to help you live better and longer lives. Since most of you are also in health professions, teaching future nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, EMTs and more &#8230; it&#8217;s vital that you take great care of yourself to serve as\u00a0role models for health and fitness. Walk the walk!<\/p>\n<p>Encourage frequent exercise and wise food choices as a preventative measure to keep folks out of the hospital and in life&#8217;s full swing instead. You were a smarty-pants group which kept me on my toes and I loved it! Please feel comfortable using me as a resource in the future as well. My best to each and every one of you.
