Truly, deeply in love. See, as a fitness pro and former athlete (full-contact kickboxing), I am often very sore. And when I say sore I mean &#8230; I need and get two massages each week. My body is in a constant state of working very hard and putting up with a few random injuries too. This is why I&#8217;m in love with a thing called <a href=\"http:\/\/affiliates.MarathonGuide.com\/redirect.cfm?AID=A416M1&amp;LID=43\"> &#8220;The Stick&#8221;<\/a>. I&#8217;ve heard about The Stick in the past from friends who offered rave reviews, but a few days ago my very own Stick arrived in the mail as a product sample from the company that makes it. I feel like sending them a bouquet of flowers in return.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">The Stick is a simple bendy rod which is covered in large flat beads and has handles at each end. To use it, you simply hold the handles and rub The Stick over your sore muscles. Surprisingly, it has the ability to provide the same deep pressure as my incredible massage therapist. If you know what an<a href=\"http:\/\/runningtimes.com\/Article.aspx?ArticleID=3528\" target=\"_blank\"> IT BAND<\/a> is, you&#8217;ll find great relief from The Stick. Same goes for the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.runnersworld.com\/article\/0,7120,s6-241-286-289-12630-0,00.html\" target=\"_blank\">piriformis<\/a>, hamstrings, calves, back, biceps and every other body part you can get to. If you can&#8217;t reach a spot, ask a friend to help you out.<\/p>\n<p>Before The Stick came in to my life, I never really had the ability to provide myself with the right angles and pressure I needed to make sore muscles relax. Now I do.
