The ever-clever health club, Gainesville Health & Fitness Center<\/a> has once again, proven to be ahead of the crowd. They’re hosting a neat opportunity for it’s members and I thought I’d pass their prudent plan along. As the photo of their sign above suggests, they’re basically giving their clientele a way to avoid spending extra cash on buying either: bigger clothes you don’t plan to wear for long or transition clothes which you plan to shrink out of anyway. Brilliant! I can’t tell you how many of my personal training clients I’ve had to badger in to buying at minimum – new workout shorts – so they don’t spend half of their training time hiking up their too-big bikers.<\/p>\n

Sharing this link with your gym’s manager or planning your own Swap a Size may be the money saving move you need to make to ensure you’ll have plenty of dough left for REAL shopping once you’ve hit your target weight.
