Cut the potato in half. Cut chicken into small pieces.<!--more--><\/li>\n<li>Scoop out 90 percent of white potato pulp and discard it. Flatten out the remaining potato skin and put chicken in it. Sprinkle cheese on top.<\/li>\n<li>Place potato back in the oven for 3 minutes.
