Eat more and lose weight! How does that work? \u00a0\u00a0I apologize if the title is misleading, what I mean is <em>eat more often and weigh less<\/em>. \u00a0If you\u2019re having trouble losing weight and aren\u2019t sure where to cut the extra calories &#8230; try this approach: eat the same number of calories, but instead of 3 big meals per day &#8211; try six smaller meals.\u00a0 This approach to eating will burn more calories by keeping your metabolism working throughout the day.<\/p>\n<p>Many people may have trouble implementing this approach due to lack of time and convenience. The truth is, most of us find it hard to stop six times throughout our busy day to eat.\u00a0 Try these easy-to-use tricks to help you incorporate this habit into your every day life.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Pre-make meals<\/strong>: It is unrealistic to stop what you\u2019re doing to cook six different meals per day. By precooking you can save tons of time.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pre-portion:<\/strong> Portioning your meals beforehand will not only save time but will also insure you don\u2019t overeat.
