I’m\u00a0extremely excited to introduce you all to Valencia Wells, V!<\/strong>, who grew up as a too-big black girl with horrible eating and exercise habits.\u00a0She’s fought and figured her way in to a life of fitness, fun and happiness and is excited to share her journey and experiential expertise with you. V! earned her Master’s Degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences from the University of Florida, because she knew she wanted to help others inside and out of the African-American community to get fit and live well. She’s also a school teacher who offers her students the best education when it comes to grammar, math, social studies and healthy lifestyle choices. She’ll\u00a0reveal her experiences growing up as a kid often called “two-ton” and those which made her the gorgeous, trim yet curvaceous, and healthy woman she is today.\u00a0I welcome V! to the Fitzness team! Look for V!’s\u00a0features every other Wednesday!<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n
