In fact, it might be fun for you to serve them to your friends and family and wait until the raves come in to\u00a0reveal that they\u2019re\u00a0secretly a healthier version of original chocolate chip cookies. They&#8217;re my go-to dish for pot luck parties.\u00a0And since my family cares about Santa&#8217;s health, we&#8217;re going to make him some of these too!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix<\/p>\n<p>\u00bc cup Egg Beaters<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 cup sugar-free vanilla flavored syrup*<\/p>\n<p>* This is the same type of suger-free syrup used to flavor fancy coffees. I buy mine at Sam&#8217;s Club for less than $5.00 a bottle. The brand I use is <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mydrinkworks.com\/DaVinci\/Products\/Sugar-Free-Flavored-Syrups\" target=\"_blank\">Davinci Gourmet<\/a>, but you can use any brand at all!<\/p>\n<p>**Do not use the ingredients suggested on the cookie mix packaging! The ingredients in this recipe are designed to replace the ones used in the original recipe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. Coat two large cookie sheets with nonstick spray and set aside.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl with a fork until moist and smooth.<\/p>\n<p>3. Using a teaspoon, drop cookie dough onto sheets without crowding.<\/p>\n<p>4.
