You can do them anywhere, anytime, with no special tools or machines required. If you make these a regular part of your routine, you will soon be showing off some seriously toned legs and a lifted booty.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">1. Squats<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Squats are powerful moves that target your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves. Start by standing with your feet shoulder-width apart, keeping your chest up and back straight. Lower your body by bending your knees, making sure your thighs are parallel to the floor or lower if you can handle it. Push through your heels to rise back up. Squats can be modified to suit your fitness level, whether you are a beginner or more advanced, and they are perfect for building strength and definition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">2. Lunges<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lunges work your quads, glutes, and hamstrings while helping to improve balance and stability. Step forward with one leg to perform a lunge and bend both knees to lower your body. Your back knee should hover just above the ground while your front knee stays over your ankle. Push off your front foot to return to the starting position and alternate legs. You can make lunges more challenging by adding a jump at the top of each movement, turning them into jump lunges for added cardio and intensity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">3. Glute Bridges<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Glute bridges target the glutes and hamstrings, providing an excellent way to lift and tone the backside. Lie flat on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the ground, hip-width apart. Press your heels into the floor, engage your glutes, and lift your hips toward the ceiling. Pause at the top for a second before lowering back down.
