The Doorway Trainer<\/a> by Kymaro is a really cool, compact fitness tool which works well in your doorway and out. As a huge fan of training with one’s body weight as the main source of resistance, this\u00a0fitness tool provides some neat options for folks without a large home gym.\u00a0It’s best features being, a nice comfy grip for push-ups without straining your wrists and an awesome place to do ab work. The only thing to make note of comes by way of your weight. I, could hook my legs on to this Doorway Trainer and do ab work without any comfort issues (I’m very light). My large muscular husband on the other hand, felt like he needed some extra padding to avoid pain on his hamstrings while leaning back for crunches. Nothing a small pillow couldn’t fix though.<\/p>\n

The Doorway Trainer would make\u00a0 a great compliment to\u00a0any strength training\u00a0routine in the comfort of home. In fact, it’s probably the type of thing you may consider giving as a holiday gift this year!<\/p>\n
