We’ve all been told not to compare ourselves to perfectly airbrushed models in magazines. Although sometimes it’s hard not to, I’ve got to say it in my stern voice. Do NOT compare yourself to these mostly fictitious images you see!<\/em> In this revealing video below, you’ll see one woman become completely unrecognizable at the hand of photo editing. WHO is the woman you see above, you ask? She simply doesn’t exist, and you’ll see how easily she’s been created. Folks, photo editing has gone far beyond erasing blemishes and bruises. Graphic designers are changing everything, leaving nothing left of the original photo.<\/p>\n

If this is truly the new norm, then next time I pause for fitness photos … I’m going to ask my graphic designer to turn me in to a fitter\u00a0 version of Beyonce. Check out the video below and let us know what you think!<\/p>\n
