Nor do we post these healthy tips out of sheer enjoyment of annoying you on Facebook, and then two hours later on Twitter. We post these articles because we honestly feel we&#8217;re the best thing since sliced bread (whole-wheat of course). JK, LOL, #pleaselaugh<\/p>\n<p>But, really we pass this information on to help people live a healthier and happier life. To encourage people worldwide to live their life to their full potential. What if I told you these articles and tips could save your life, or your husbands, or daughters? Don\u2019t get me wrong, we aren\u2019t saying your cousins girlfriends sisters status yesterday wasn\u2019t crucial information! But have you ever realized how imperative a healthy lifestyle is?<\/p>\n<p>According to <a href=\"webmd.com\" target=\"_blank\">WebMD<\/a>, after conducting a survey with 17,000 participants, researchers have concluded that individuals 17 and older who don&#8217;t smoke, exercise on a regular basis, eat a healthy diet, and drink moderately were 63% less likely to die at an early age than people who have yet to adopt a healthy lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p>WebMD goes on to state, \u201cThose who practiced each of the four behaviors, the risk of death from cancer and heart disease was about two-thirds lower, while other causes of death were 57% lower, than those who did not practice any of them.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The challenges in convincing a larger proportion of people in the United States to adopt a healthy lifestyle are daunting,&#8221; the researchers conclude. &#8220;The estimates of mortality that can be postponed underscore the need for improving the overall level of healthy living in the United States.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>These four factors are vital, no doubt. We also think we could round out a top 10 list by: reducing stress, wearing sunscreen, choosing to live in a clean environment, skipping drug abuse, ban distracted driving (never text at the wheel) and pursuing quality time with loved ones.
