He likes to break a sweat everyday through surfing, skateboarding, cycling, hill climbs, running outdoors and yoga. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times; font-size: medium;\">McConaughey told Men\u2019s Fitness, \u201cWhen I work out, I like to run. If I see a tree, I\u2019ll stop and do pull ups. Randomly, I\u2019ll do push ups, too. Along with his outdoor hobbies, McConaughey keeps his fitness up year-round in the gym with the help of celebrity trainer, Gunnar Peterson. Gunnar Peterson incorporates a lot of circuit training in McConaughey\u2019s workout routine, which includes short bursts of cardio.
