This weekend I was honored by my beloved Alma mater, the University of Florida, and the College of Health and Human Performance <\/a>with the Outstanding Alumni Award.\u00a0I’d like\u00a0to express great thanks to the great Gator Nation and to all of those in my incredible college who make amazing strides each day towards a healthier and fitter society.<\/p>\n

I’m fortunate in that I receive rewards on a daily basis. My traditional awards come\u00a0in the form of healthier people happier in their stronger leaner bodies. My heart is full of gold medals where that is concerned – I’m one lucky lady. Having said that … being recognized by the University of Florida, where I learned to take my skills instructing fitness and form them in to the profession of my dreams is an incredible honor.\u00a0 So thank you Orange. Thank you Blue. I will continue to work hard to make you proud.
