I’m a C<\/strong>. There – I said it. I’m a C and a 0 and when you put those two things together, you’ve got a bit of a predicament. The only thing on my body that bounces are my boobs and keeping them under control has been the story of my life. If you, like me, are totally OVER wearing two bras at once or hunting down ugly-fugly bras that look like they were made for folks in a retirement home I’ve got great news! I’ve found a couple of brands bringing both style, comfort and support to medium to large chested ladies like us – who want to get to work without having to worry about pain or making a scene.<\/p>\n

Best Bras for Medium Support:<\/strong> Oakley Women has hit it out of the park with a unique combination of support, shape and comfort. Both the Continuity and Breath In sports bras<\/a> are the kind of bras you’d want to live in every day. They’re soft to the nth degree, stylish (amazing colors and shapes) and actually cover each breast with material, so you won’t have to suffer the dreadful effect of the “double-boob”. Oakley says that the Continuity bra was only designed for low impact activities like walking and golf, but I’ve worn mine to boot camp and it’s worked really well! Such high standards!<\/p>\n

Best Bras for Maximum Support:<\/strong> Oh how we’ve wished our boobs would just stay the heck in place! Well ladies, now they will. Champion <\/a>has an entire arsenal of sports bras which are both gorgeous and sturdy. I’ve gone running in four different styles so far and the only appropriate word I can describe them as is “freeing”. They’ve given me the new freedom to run, jump, bounce and more without giving first thought to my chest. Instead, I think of the hard work or fun ahead. I’m so grateful for this gift.
