Why do you snowmobile and dirt bike?<\/b> I do it for the challenge and being on a snowmobile or dirt bike is like no other feeling in the world.\u00a0 I think I just like to go fast!<\/p>\n

How long have you been riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes?<\/b> 4-5 years<\/p>\n

Do you compete? <\/b>I do not compete, but I do wish that I would have been put on a dirt bike as a young girl. I like to think I would have competed if I had started earlier.<\/p>\n

Most challenging aspect of riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes:<\/b> There are a number of challenges, the biggest being that I am in control of a big machine, a 400 pound machine in the case of snowmobiles.\u00a0 It takes a lot of strength and endurance to ride all day. Also, these are male dominated sports (sadly), so I am always being challenged to keep up with the boys.<\/p>\n

Most fun aspect:<\/b> I get to see the most beautiful parts of this country, some places people will never get to see.<\/p>\n

Most rewarding aspect:<\/b> The feeling I get after a long day of riding and being outdoors is like no other.\u00a0 No matter how many sticky situations I find myself in, I walk away with such a happy heart and a giant smile on my face. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\"dirt\"<\/a><\/p>\n

Who\/what inspires you when you\u2019re feeling weak?<\/b> I am inspired by people who put all excuses aside and go after what they want and by the people who like to take risks.\u00a0 Life is a gift and what\u2019s life if you are not living it!<\/p>\n

Advice for others who\u2019d like to get started:<\/b> Check out a local motocross store or ATV\/dirt bike\/snowmobile dealership.\u00a0 Often times, they do have women only events or meetings.\u00a0 It\u2019s a great place to learn more about the sport and find other people who share the same passion.<\/p>\n

Your must-have equipment for riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes:<\/b> Oakley goggles<\/a>, hands down.\u00a0 The last thing I need to be worried about is seeing clearly or adjusting goggles that don\u2019t fit correctly.<\/p>\n

Favorite training song:<\/b> Oh boy, I can\u2019t narrow down my favorites.\u00a0 My go-to songs depend on what kind of mood I am in.<\/p>\n

Favorite healthy food:<\/b> A giant salad with grilled veggies!<\/p>\n

Funniest \/weirdest\/most awkward experience riding snowmobiles and dirt bikes:<\/b> When I am riding with a bunch of guys, I just have to throw any shyness, nervousness or embarrassment out the window.\u00a0 I am bound to do something embarrassing, but hey, at least I am out there giving it a try!<\/p>\n
