You knew you would have a busy day, but you didn&#8217;t prioritize your health and didn&#8217;t plan ahead. Tisk, tisk. Sorry if my army of violins aren&#8217;t playing, but I gave them the day off. Folks, if your health is a priority,\u00a0 you must plan ahead. You must become that annoying person who always has something handy and healthy in your car, office or bag.
