I rock climb for fun at the rock gym with my husband. My dog and I participate in CPE agility competitions, the true emphasis is on having fun with your dog. I do not compete in pole dancing, this is purely the fun and the challenge. It reminds me a little of when I was a gymnast.<\/p>\n<p><b>Most challenging aspect of mixing up your workouts:<\/b> Getting myself out of bed early in the morning (especially on cold days) and finding the energy to go to classes after a long, stressful day at work.<\/p>\n<p><b>Most fun aspect of mixing up your workouts:<\/b> Accomplishing goals I have set for myself.<\/p>\n<p><b>Most rewarding aspect:<\/b> Feeling great! Don\u2019t be afraid to try something new.<\/p>\n<p><b>Your must-have equipment for your various workouts: <\/b>Comfy clothes and a well cushioned yoga mat.
