Fiber provides calorie free volume, thus allowing us to feel more satisfied without consuming additional calories. In addition to the satiety benefits (feeling of fullness), fiber also provides plenty of other health benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Consuming an ample amount of fiber each day will have a positive impact of on a number of body and metabolic functions.
