In addition to weight loss benefits, exercising a few times a week has been shown to reduce the risk of heart disease, diabetes, stroke,\u00a0Alzheimer&#8217;s, and depression. Well, we can add one more long term health benefit to the list; fewer headaches.<\/p>\n<p>Swedish researchers found that 40 minutes of exercise performed three times a week reduced the number of headaches experienced my migraine sufferers in a given month.
