The pouch ensures all the flavor and moisture can&#8217;t escape resulting in a moist and flavorful fish without any extra calories.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a08 oz. fresh salmon<\/li>\n<li>2 T sliced fresh ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 orange sliced<\/li>\n<li>1 lemon sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 cloves of slice garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 sprigs fresh rosemary<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp. sea salt<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp. fresh pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 large piece of aluminum foil.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Wash salmon, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Place orange and lemon slices on aluminum foil and place salmon on top of the slices.<\/li>\n<li>Cover the top of the salmon with the ginger and garlic slices.<\/li>\n<li>Place sprigs of rosemary on top of the salmon.<\/li>\n<li>Fold foil into a sealed pouch around the salmon.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20-25 depending on desired level of doneness.<\/li>\n<li>Remove salmon from the pouch and pour juice into a saucepan.<\/li>\n<li>Cook juices over high heat for 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Pour juices over the salmon and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div><strong>Servings: 1<\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Try your own combination of herbs for a different taste!
