Bored? Are you not getting as sore as you use to after doing your normal routines? There&#8217;s a reason for this and it\u2019s called <em>adaptation<\/em>. Over time, your muscles adapt to motions they&#8217;re regularly asked to perform, meaning they have to work less hard than they used to do the same old exercises. Changing your workouts on a regular basis will keep muscles guessing and ensure they constantly have to struggle to keep up. Get out of ruts, do nothing habitually and always shake up your routines.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exercise at various times of the day if you can.<\/li>\n<li>Do at least three different types of exercises each week<\/li>\n<li>Add something new and drop something old every four weeks<\/li>\n<li>Seek out new exercises that work different body parts: Soccer (legs) Boxing (arms)<\/li>\n<li>Sign up for new classes whenever possible<\/li>\n<li>If something seems hard and leaves you struggling &#8230; stick with it!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The more you change your workouts the less chance you have for your body to adapt; change your body by constantly changing your workouts!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.fitzness.com\/blog\/top-10-reasons-and-tips-to-add-fish-into-your-familys-meals\/facebookbutton-5\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-11046\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-11046\" title=\"facebookButton\" src=\"http:\/\/www.fitzness.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/facebookButton4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"254\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a><br \/>\n<iframe src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/tAeUSO82DWQ\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Is your look similar to the Giraffe above?
