I recently spent some time with several cast members from<a href=\"http:\/\/www.cirquedusoleil.com\/en\/shows\/dralion\/default.aspx\" target=\"_blank\"> Cirque du Soleil&#8217;s traveling show &#8220;Dralion&#8221;<\/a> and was thrilled to hear some of their tricks and tips for earning and maintaining a perfectly fit body. This video interview features the Adonis, Jonathon Merin, a former gymnast who performs on the &#8220;crossed wheel&#8221;.\u00a0 His body is impressive no-doubt, but you&#8217;ll be surprised by what he feels is most vital to maintaining those amazing abs.
