My friends at Fit Bottomed Girls crack me up. They’re funny about fitness and just recently they’ve raised a very important question. When is it OK to go commando while exercising? I can tell you that on more than one occasion I’ve had my eyes assaulted by things they never wanted to see. These visions are still in my nightmares. I can assure you that kickboxing with loose shorts and no drawers is a terrible idea. Jogging in running shorts with built-in undies, however, is fairly safe since your legs stay low and teh elastic should grab your thigh. It’s even something I’ve done on occasion. SHHHH! Don’t tell anyone! The FBGs have done a super job breaking down the when to wear underwear rules, workout by workout, and I’d like to get your thoughts as well. I’d personally advise to err on the side of caution; camera phones are everywhere! When do you go commando?
