Women think that men have it so easy. No makeup, no bras, no hair problems. What we don’t realize is that men have their issues too. Man boobs is a condition caused by excess growth tissue, often compounded by excess fat, and any male can be affected by it. It’s easy to see why having the appearance of breasts would be difficult for any man, young or old. Fortunately, when dressed, a quick solution exists in the form of compression shirts. Check out these options which have the ability to turn man boobs into a nicely sculpted chest.
Many undergarments give lots of support everywhere except the chest. Gyneslim products target those man boobs to the T. The shirts give total compression, but are also designed to keep you cool. Lots of other brand names will just make you sweaty. If you are looking for something discreet but effective, this is the way to go. The shirts are available in black or white.
These shirts are designed to give a look of firmness all over. They are very comfortable and can be worn all day long. The microweave design allows your body to breathe and prevents chaffing when running or cycling. The shirts are available in black or white. They can also be ordered as a value pack, which comes with five shirts for a price of $74.95, allowing you to really get your money’s worth.

Run Like a Mother: How to Get Moving–and Not Lose Your Family, Job, or Sanity is officially one of my favorite fitness books of all time. Why? It gives realistic advice and actually solves problems real women have in the real world … in a super fun and funny way. Running is an awesome form of exercise, but it often comes with a bunch of bizarre obstacles which can easily be sidestepped if you know what you’re doing. Authors Dimity McDowell and Sarah Bowen Shea definitely know what they’re doing, and do you want to know why? They’ve been through it all! They’ve run races with their period, they’ve had to sweet talk husbands in to watching the kids solo so they could jet off on 18 mile runs, they’ve also had to re-begin their running routines after having babies – Sarah has twins.
With their combined experiences, a bunch of races under their belts, two husbands and five kids between them, a love of running and input from tons of other women who run … they’ve compiled one of the most legitimately useful manuals for fitness I’ve ever read. These are some of my favorite excerpts from this book …
On slacking, slowing down and the urge to quit … It’s your head, not your body, that’s hurting, so move it!
Acing the porta-potty line during a race … Just find the line with mostly men, they’re much faster than women.
From the gal who started her period on mile 5 of a half marathon … “I think I ran faster after that to hurry and finish the race, yikes!”
When running alone … Run tall and purposeful, make contact with other runners, and project a don’t-mess-with-me ‘tude.View More

Fergie of The Black Eyed Peas, addressed her ever growing and shrinking physique with an adamant declaration that she is NOT pregnant. Sure, she frequently gains and loses weight on a regular basis, but she blames this struggle on a weakness for fast food.

Ladies, you’re in luck! If you’ve been searching for a sports bra that minimizes bounce while you’re bouncing, looks great without smooshing your set in to one big uniboob and actually feels comfortable then I’ve found what you’re looking for! Handful bras are soft, sexy and supportive all at the same time.
I received a Handful bra sample several weeks ago, and on first sight I thought it looked pretty wimpy. Why? It was soft and cute, which is usually code for “wimpy” when it comes to sports bras. I was instantly impressed within my first few steps of running in it though. My cutie Handful bra offered just as much control as the bulky ugly bras I own and get this – one of my buddies told me it made my chest look “fake”. Hello! Nice compliment, right? Fake boobs stand up pretty and I’m all about that.View More

Vanessa Williams is gorgeous from top to bottom. A triple threat entertainer who has owned stages as a singer, Broadway actress and TV star. She revealed to me in a recent interview how she uses both hard work and science to stay stunning and what she’s doing to lift up other women as well. She was even open about what most women hide as their “dirty little secret”.
Fitz: For starters, Vanessa, we all want to know how you stay in such fabulous shape.
Vanessa: I strength train with weights several days a week using trainers in both New York and L.A. I do cardio by myself on the treadmill as well; usually I start out walking gradually increasing the incline for half an hour and then I run for the next 30 minutes. I started doing pilates 22 years ago when most people didn’t even know how to spell pilates. I trained with Mari Windsor as one of her first clients, and I still do that when I can too. I actually have a reformer in my house, but I haven’t really used it cause I need to find someone to train me on it.
Fitz: Is pilates what we can attribute your amazing posture to?
Vanessa: No, that’s dancing, but if I actually get someone to train me pilates-wise … it will definitely get better. I also enjoying doing yoga, kickboxing and Zumba too. If I want a quick sweaty workout at home then I’ll throw in a Zumba salsa tape.
Fitz: Your workouts are really varied!
Vanessa: I found that once I hit my 40’s the treadmill just wasn’t giving me the muscle value that I wanted. Weight to me is not important, but looking toned is vital to not only looking good on television but how I look in my clothes.
