When Preparing for Parties… Portion out a healthy snack to eat one hour before you leave; this will help prevent you from eating every crabcake in sight.
When Cooking… Drink water and chew gum to avoid snacking, which can add up to hundreds of extra calories you aren’t able to truly enjoy.
