Howdy Hotties! I’m so happy to have you join us for our Hottie Body Fitzness Challenge. If you’re looking to lose weight, build strength and definition, increase endurance or just become more athletic … I’m ready to help you get there. If you have to lose a bunch or just a little bit of weight, we can do that. If you don’t have ANY weight to lose … that’s great too!  My team and I have planned an entire month’s worth of workouts for you. They’re packed with solid cardio, and a well-rounded strength training plan so you’ll increase, strength, power and definition along the way. Strong curvy muscles are sexy and increase your metabolism!!
