Fitness expert, Fitz Koehler of Fitzness.com, shows you how to get fit in a hurry in this ABC News segment “The Fitzness Minute”. This quickie workout offers a total body workout with only FOUR moves. Take 5 minutes out of your day to get strong and lean. Let’s try a: squat while pressing a medicine ball or dumbbell over your head, long arm rotation with a medicine ball (or dumbbell), mountain climbers and seated abdominal leg presses.
