Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Oatmeal

  This meal takes only a minute to make and tastes good enough to serve for desert. Ingredients: 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 1/3 cup rolled oats ¼ cup skim milk or unsweetened almond milk 1 T natural peanut butter Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth. Servings: 1 Substitute almond butter for different taste!

Blueberry Protein Parfait

  Ingredients 1 cup low fat Greek yogurt 1 cup raw blueberries ½ cup rolled oats 2 T brown sugar Splenda Directions Combine Greek yogurt and Splenda in a bowl and stir until the Splenda dissolves. In a cup alternate layers of yogurt, blueberries, and oats. Serve immediately. Serves 4
